Cartlum Pro · 0.14.0

A paid add-on that works alongside Free. Add multi-step flows, courier operations, AI tools, customer self-confirmation, shared fraud signals, and a staff phone app.

WooCommerce first

You connect your own message, phone, and courier accounts. Those providers may charge separately. Features shown are for Free 0.29.0 and Pro 0.14.0.

Help with calls and daily store work.

Start with cart-recovery calls in Pro. Here is the direction for the next tools.

Available in Pro: AI cart-recovery calls

An AI caller speaks to shoppers in Bangla using your connected phone service. It saves a written record, sends the cart link by SMS if asked, and stops reminders when someone is not interested. You pay the voice and phone providers for usage.

Planned · First priority

AI order-confirmation calls

Call new COD customers and record confirmation, cancellation, or fake-order outcomes in Orders → To confirm. Uncertain answers should go to staff for review.

Suggest products shoppers may like

Suggest products from the store’s own order history, with category-popular items as a fallback. Planned for product, cart, and thank-you pages, with automatic upsell selection.

No outside AI service or per-use AI fee is proposed.

Find a product from a customer’s photo

Let staff paste a customer’s screenshot and find similar products. A customer-facing version can follow after accuracy is validated.

Expected to use a paid image-matching service and an initial scan of product photos. Similar products may be confused.

These three tools are planned, not included as available features. Scope, pricing, and release dates have not been announced.
