Getting started
Your first recovery starts here.
Download the plugin, add it to WordPress, and connect the services you want to use.
You need WordPress 6.2+, WooCommerce 8.0+, and PHP 7.4+. Use a backup or staging store when adding a new plugin.
Step 01
Download the installable ZIP.
Open the latest release and select the asset named cartlum-x.y.z.zip. Do not choose the automatically generated “Source code” ZIP.

Add it to WordPress.
In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the Cartlum ZIP, select Install Now, and then Activate.
Step 03
Connect your SMS service.
Open Cartlum and follow its setup. In the SMS settings, select your gateway, such as eSMS, Twilio, or your HTTP SMS provider. Use your own account credentials and send yourself a test SMS.
Settings labels can differ between versions. The Integrations screen brings connected services together.
Step 04
Check your first reminder.
Use test mode and a test checkout to confirm capture, message wording, and recovery links before enabling customer reminders. Set quiet hours and choose the automatic reminder you want to use.
Updating Cartlum
Upload the new installable ZIP in the same way and choose Replace current with uploaded. The repository documentation says existing settings and carts are kept.
