Is Cartlum really free?
Yes. Cartlum Free is an open-source WooCommerce plugin. SMS and other connected services may charge separately. Cartlum Pro 0.14.0 is a paid add-on. See the Pricing page for the information currently supplied.
Will it work with my WooCommerce store?
Cartlum supports classic checkout, block checkout, and CartFlows. The documented requirements are WordPress 6.2 or newer, WooCommerce 8.0 or newer, and PHP 7.4 or newer.
How do I install it?
Open the latest release and download the file named cartlum-x.y.z.zip, rather than “Source code.” In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Upload the ZIP, install, and activate Cartlum.
Does it send reminders automatically?
Free includes one automatic reminder, quiet hours, and a test mode. You can also contact shoppers from individual carts. Pro includes flows with up to 6 reminders and WhatsApp Cloud API.
Can I use it on Shopify?
This download is for WordPress and WooCommerce. A Shopify version is not currently available.
Do I need my own SMS or WhatsApp account?
Connected services use your own accounts, and provider charges can apply. Free includes individual-cart contact actions. Automatic WhatsApp through Meta’s Cloud API is included in Pro.
Does Cartlum support Bangla?
Yes. Cartlum includes a Bangla admin interface and accepts Bangla digits in its phone-first checkout.
Where can I read the source code?
Cartlum Free is open source under GPLv2 or later. Browse the official repository for source, releases, and documentation.
